Creating your Shell Fleet app account

If you’re a Just Eat Restaurant, you should have received an email shortly after joining us with a personalised link and a unique code to activate your account. Please look out for this email or search 'Claim your free Shell Fuel Card' in your emails***. This offer cannot be redeemed on the App Store versions of the Shell Fleet App.

It only takes around 10 minutes to create your Shell Fleet app account. You will need:

  • A photo of your personal ID (passport or driving licence)
  • Banking information

Please note that you will be required to share personal information and banking details during your onboarding, so please make sure you’re in a safe and secure environment when doing so.

What happens once you have registered?

  • Use your Shell fuel card up to your agreed weekly credit limit at Shell and partner service stations
  • At the end of the month you’ll receive an invoice to pay with a 4p per litre discount applied to all transactions at Shell locations (standard fuels only diesel/unleaded)
  • Pay your invoice and your monthly credit limit on the card will reset and you will manage this fully within the Shell Fleet App

You can also use your Shell Fuel Card at these service stations, but you won’t get a discount on fuel. These locations are charged at the advertised pump price.
